A specialized infrared photography filter designed to render vegetation in grey to silvery-white tones while maintaining soft blue skies. The resulting palette offers a restrained and balanced infrared look, combining subtle colour with a monochrome-like aesthetic.
Warm tones present in the scene are largely preserved, while highlights and shadows remain well separated without introducing colour cast in shaded areas.
Designed for full-spectrum cameras, Silver Chrome is suitable for landscape, architecture and scenes where a softer and more neutral infrared rendering is preferred.
Handmade in Barcelona, each filter is carefully assembled and inspected to ensure consistent optical performance and long-term reliability.

> White Balance (WB): Recommended to set white balance on green vegetation or green IR reflecting surface for optimal color accuracy.
> Coating: High-quality optical glass with nano coating to improve light transmission and reduce internal reflections.
> Anti-reflective treatment: Double sided anti-reflective coating, minimizing flare and contrast loss.
> Format: Screw-in filter with standard photographic thread for direct mounting on lenses.
Due to the filter’s thickness, lens cap retention may be reduced or not possible on some lenses.
The filter ring has been kept as thin as possible to minimize the risk of vignetting.
> Hot spot control: Is adviced not to use this filter with lenses that show hotspot around 720nm.
