A specialized infrared photography filter designed to render vegetation across a wide range of warm tones, mainly ranging from orange to red in well lighted areas, while maintaining blue skies.
The resulting palette produces a vibrant false-colour infrared look with a broad tonal response depending on foliage type and lighting conditions. Highlights and shadows remain well separated, avoiding colour cast in shaded areas.
Designed for full-spectrum cameras, Citrus Chrome is well suited to landscape, architecture and creative applications, with occasional suitability for portrait work.
Handmade in Barcelona, each filter is carefully assembled and inspected to ensure consistent optical performance and long-term reliability.
Key Features
> White Balance (WB): Recommended to set white balance on neutral gray or white for optimal color accuracy.
> Coating: High-quality optical glass with nano coating to improve light transmission and reduce internal reflections.
> Anti-reflective treatment: Anti-reflective coating on the outer surface, minimizing flare and contrast loss.
> Format: Screw-in filter with standard photographic thread for direct mounting on lenses. Due to the filter’s thickness, lens cap retention may be reduced or not possible on some lenses. The filter ring has been kept as thin as possible to minimize the risk of vignetting.
> Hot spot control: Hot spot significantly reduced and better controlled compared to classic 550nm and 590nm infrared filters.
